Hi, my name is Hugo Bolden and ever since I was young I had been fat.
But when I was young it didn’t really bother me because I didn’t realise that it was an issue.
As a kid my only concern was how I could get my stumpy hands on that new flashy jo-jo that every kid on the playground had.
The least of my concerns were my future dating life being practically non existing due to my physical appearance.

Myth #1: The best way to lose weight is to eat less.
Many people turn to crash dieting as a quick-fix solution. Actually, there is nothing wholesome to be gained from starving yourself or skipping your meals.
These are only acts of self-deprivation, which put both your metabolism and your mood off-balance.
It happened to me too.
I had days where I would be sitting at my dusty office desk daydreaming about a fried chicken sandwich because I only ate a single grape for breakfast.
Doing the opposite (eating more delicious food) made me lose the fat permanently at a super fast rate and I will show you how…The truth WILL set you free!
Myth #2: A low- to zero-calorie diet will get the job done.
This second myth is just as false as the first.
Sticking to a diet having low to no calorie content at all won’t be good for you. Once your metabolism detects that there’s a significant drop in your calorie intake, as a protective mechanism it will adjust by burning less and storing more.
Inevitably, what follows next is weight gain.

Myth #3: You can shortcut your way to weight loss without any exercise.
